I applied for an acount in SM Mall of Asia and after 24 hours, guys from Smart came and installed it. It was really quick.

For more than a year, I have been using smart bro and experienced hours of downtime or almost days of no connection at all so I decided to go for a PLDT DSL connection. It took me nearly 2 months before it was installed. I have to call PLDT several times to follow-up.

Now I have them both and I am not thinking of cutting any as I am reserving each in case one has no connectivity. In terms of speed, seems like Smart Bro is way behind PLDT myDSL, here’s a speedtest I took moments ago.
