This is how they make money..
if the item is worth P30,000
and the bid stops at P140.50
you calculate how much a bid cost per cent
ex: 1 bid = P5.50
5.50 x 100(cent or P1.00)
= P550.00 per P1.00
550 x 140.50 = P77,275
P77.275 – P30,000
= P47,275!!! this is what they get out of people’s bids!
lets say you won the Item and spent like 1000 bid
that will make it P5,000+ and contributed P55.00 out of P140.50
You Win a P30,000 worth of an item and bought it for P5,140.50 only!
Good enough For me!!! its better than Buying it for P30k

BUT…

The sad part is that people with the biggest amount of bids always win and the bids of all those people who lack bid points and have spent them all went straight to the company… Yes it is Gambling if you lose money just by bidding in any kind… so I think they should have a Bid limit for all bidders, like you can only bid a maximum of 50 or 100 bids per item, depends on how much the item costs.. so that other bidders that don’t have that much bid points may have their chances on winning…if the only person winning the items are the same people than why bid at all when you know that their already going to win it at the end? your just going to waste your bid on something you know you cant win no matter what…

so this kind of online bidding are for those with lots and lots of money to buy bids so that they can outbid anyone… and that is the sad truth!
