Eraserheads Reunion Concert 2

Yes it’s happening. The Eraserheads Reunion concert part 2 will be held this coming March 7, 2009. This is the follow-up to the Eraserheads Reunion concert last year that was cut short due to Ely Buendia’s health problem during the concert.

According to pinayshare.com’s article “Eraserheads Reunion Concert Part 2 Free Tickets,” the event will be sponsored by MTV Pilipinas and Smart Communications, Inc. while the venue is still undetermined in either The Fort or SM Mall of Asia Grounds. A press conference of the band will be held on January 19, 2009.

Pokemon Battle

No, I am not a fan. It is my little kid who’s the number one fan of Pokemon at the moment, and it’s the two of us having battles about it. Since my 4-year old kid Nico started his addiction with this (what do you call this type of creatures?) pokemon thing, I wasn’t able to watch news in tv, play NBA 2K9 in playstation, watch dvd’s, I can’t even go near the toy section in any mall with my kid coz he’ll surely ask me to buy any new pokemon figures in there.

And as I am the father, I couldn’t win the battle. It is always my little kid who can watch pokemon even if there’s news, will grab the playstation and play pokemon when I’m about to play NBA 2K9, and he gets my dvd player stucked up inside with a pokemon dvd all the time.

Our house is now getting filled with pokemon items, and I don’t even know their names except for Pikachu as that yellow little creature is Nico’s favorite. From Pokemon shirts, pokemon cards, pokemon miniatures, etc., my kid wants to buy them all and it’s hurting my pocket. Some of the pokemon collectibles are expensive and I’m not really fond of collecting something that is of no need, but can’t I reconsider it for him?

I really want to kill pokemon creator Satoshi Tajiri.

Btw, do you know that based on my research few minutes before this post, there’s nearly 14k people searching for the word pokemon everyday and 13k for pokemon games to play? Hmnnnn…now it looks interesting and smells like money.

Be proud. Filipinos have shown that there’s a great pool of talents here as the Philippine All-Stars wins gold in the World Hip Hop Dance Championships held at Las Vegas.

They flipped the crowd in attendance with their cool moves inside the Theater for Performing Arts in Planet Hollywood. The best part was when the crew leader plucked a dancer from the ground and raised him above his head with a single arm.

Eraserheads Reunion Tickets Free Online

I’ve seen Ely Buendia in a tv interview few minutes ago, confirming that the 90′s phonemonen band Eraserheads will send out tickets free online for their reunion concert on August 30, 2008 which will be held at the CCP opengrounds.

As far as I know, the concert will be sponsored by Marlboro and the band members were paid Php10million each for a 45-minute event.

Let’s just wait on what website will it be, but definitely not here..lol! This is an event that guys influenced by the 90s era like me shouldn’t miss…

I’ll post an update once I confirm on where we can get tickets so better subscribe to my feeds to be updated when I publish it!

New Youtube Sensations

I was watching Bubble Gang last night, a local gag show here in Philippines and saw a familiar face featured in one of their segment, iyotube. The guys were singing ordertaker, a song popularized by Parokya ni Edgar. I immediately searched youtube as I remember that I saw those guys there and found them. They’re from moymoypalaboy productions, 2 guys who do funny youtube videos just for fun!

They were really cool to watch as they perform comic versions of some popular songs like Crank That, Bohemian Rapsody, I will Survive and more…

They are now getting good number of views in youtube and will surely hit more as they now appear in tv.
